PURPOSE: A remote diagnosis system for a transformer is provided to previously prevent a fault diagnosis by monitoring, storing, and managing the state of a pole transformer constantly, determining and classifying state information of the transformer in real time, and reporting the abnormal state of the transformer to a higher system. CONSTITUTION: A remote diagnosis system includes a sensing apparatus(100) and a smart grid apparatus(200). The sensing apparatus senses a sound wave in a specific frequency band generated from a transformer, and corrects and transmits the sensed sound wave signal. The smart grid apparatus analyzes the sound wave signal transmitted from the sensing apparatus, and searches abnormal state alarm information matched with the band where the transmitted sound wave signal belongs, and provides the searched abnormal state alarm information.
