METHOD OF THERMAL TREATMENT OF WELDED TUBES

FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the steps that follow. First, tube weld seam and seam area is heated to temperature of [(Ac+?×V)÷(Ac+?×V+50°C)]. Then, water cooling and tempering with air cooling are performed. Then, all tube is heated to (Ac÷Ac) or to [Ac÷(Ac+50°C)], cooled by water and tempered at high temperature. Note here that weld seam and seam zone tempering and tube heating for high-temperature tempering are performed at (500°C÷Ac).EFFECT: lower costs and electric power consumption.3 cl, 2 dwg
