<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a core to realize inductive coupling between a reactor and a sensor coil common to all chopper circuits, miniaturize an interleave-type power-factor correction circuit, and improve both the ripple ratio and the reactor loss. <P>SOLUTION: In an interleave-type power-factor correction circuit 3, a pair of reactors L1, L2 are inductively coupled with the same polarity viewed from a high power supply line LH side. The reactors L1, L2 have an equal self-inductance value L. By introducing mutual inductance M between the reactors L1, L2, a coupling factor α=M/L is defined.
