PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photography playing apparatus, an image data providing apparatus, an image data generation method, and an image data generation program capable of appropriately displaying on a portable terminal an image captured by the photography playing apparatus.

SOLUTION: The photography playing apparatus comprises: a portable terminal information reception unit which receives an input of portable terminal information including the type of the portable terminal; a photographing unit for capturing an image; and an image processing unit which generates, on the basis of the portable terminal information received by the portable terminal information reception unit, secondary image data fitting into the display screen of the portable terminal from primary image data based on the image captured by the imaging unit.
