<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a structure including a hollow part easily by laminating to-be-bonded members. <P>SOLUTION: As a to-be-bonded member, an aluminum alloy plate, containing ≤0.5 mass% or ≥0.2 mass% and ≤2.0 mass% of Mg, is prepared. A plurality of the to-be-bonded members are bonded by holding them in a temperature region where the ratio of mass of liquid phase of the aluminum alloy is ≥5% and ≤35%, for ≥30 and ≤3600 seconds. A cutout part 2 is formed in the to-be-bonded member, and the cutout parts 2 of the plurality of the to-be-bonded members are communicated, and thus the hollow part is formed in the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
