摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent animal meat product improver by improving tapioca starch, and to provide an animal meat product through the addition of the improver. <P>SOLUTION: Oil-processed acetylated tapioca starch which is made by oil-processed acetylated tapioca starch made by acetylating tapioca starch by vinyl acetate is used as the animal meat product improver.
