PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane which achieves high gas separation selectivity even while having excellent gas permeability, and has a prolonged membrane service life for the separation of a mixed gas in which BTX is mixed further, a method of manufacturing it, and a gas separation membrane module using the same.

SOLUTION: The gas separation membrane is provided with a support layer and a separation layer formed on the upper side of the support layer. The separation layer is provided with a hydrophilic layer arranged on the opposite side to the support layer and having a hydrophilic polymer, and a separation layer body on the support layer side.
