<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably improve comfortableness and energy saving performance in a living room. <P>SOLUTION: This heat utilization structure of a building B includes a floor heating apparatus 2 in a floor 12 of the first floor. In this building B, an underfloor space 13 is provided with: a ground heat exchange region 3 for exchanging the heat of outside air 17 with ground heat 20 to perform preheating; and a heating space 4 provided between the floor 12 and an underfloor heat insulating section 6 and utilizing heat radiation to the lower side of the floor heating apparatus 2 to warm the air 18.
