<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower body garment for men that can hold the penis and the scrotum in the middle of a crosswise direction and suppress displacement of the scrotum and penis when changing position from a standing to a sitting state. <P>SOLUTION: The lower body garment for men has a pad cloth 50 covers the penis and the scrotum. The upper end of the pad cloth 50 and the upper end of the center 14 of the body 13 are joined. Both ends 52 in the crosswise direction of the pad cloth 50 and the center 14 of the body 13 are joined. The bottom end of the pad cloth 50 and the center 14 of the body 13 are joined.
