<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor array which can easily repair a disconnection without excessively increasing the wiring density and also suppress a short circuit, a disconnection or the like in a case where it is given flexibility, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film transistor array includes a first conductive layer, an insulator film facing at least part of the first conductive layer and having an opening with a planar shape according to the first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer including a patch part sealing the opening and in contact with the first conductive layer in the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
