PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating the undercuts of an injection molded product is provided to efficiently mold the undercuts having different ejecting directions one another, and prevent time for molding the undercuts from being increased. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating the undercuts of an injection molded product comprises a first undercut treating part and a second undercut treating part. The first undercut treating part is equipped a first undercut molding core pin(101) which is actuated and movable in a first ejecting direction. The second undercut treating part is equipped with a second undercut molding core pin(240) which is actuated and movable in a second ejecting direction(D2) different from the first ejecting direction. The first undercut treating part and the second undercut treating part are sequentially actuated. The second undercut molding core pin(240) is rotated before a mold is opened. The first undercut treating part includes a first actuator(103), a actuating block(105), a guide block unit(110), and an elastic member(120). The movement position of the guide block unit is restrained by the elastic force of the elastic member. According to the movement of the actuating block, the guide block unit moves the first undercut molding core pin to be ejected in the first ejecting direction. |
