PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a high shrinkage blended filament yarn is provided to prevent luster and streaky generation and to ensure stable physical property. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a high shrinkage blended filament yarn comprises a step of mixing polyester-based elastomer monofilaments and poly(tetramethylene terephthalate) monofilaments in a weight ratio of 80:20-50:50. The total fineness of the blended filament yarn is 50-100 denier. A poly(tetramethylene terephthalate) molten material is spun through an outer spinning hole(2a). A polyester-based elastomer resin molten material is spun through an inner spinning hole(2b). |
