PURPOSE: A test system and a method are provided to conduct a test for a driving system in a condition without using a rear fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A test system(100) comprises a dummy cell(10) and a test part(30). The dummy cell conducts at least one performance. The test part inputs a test signal according to a driving condition of the dummy cell and a driving system(20), by the dummy cell or the driving system; receives a first output signal from the operation system according to the operation between the dummy cell and operation system; and analyzes the first output signal to conduct a test to the driving system.
