PURPOSE: An intelligent management system is provided to easily confirm real time information by synchronizing a measured result of various sensors prepared in a thermal process apparatus to an administrator terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(110) measures internal temperature of a thermal process apparatus. The temperature sensor transmits a temperature measurement value to a PES server in real time. A pressure sensor(120) measures pressure of oxygen supplied to the thermal process apparatus. A PES server(200) alarms when a measured temperature value and a measured pressure value are deviated from predetermined criteria. A DB server(300) stores the measured result of the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor in database. The DB server supplies the measure result of the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor to an administrator terminal.
