PURPOSE: An audio-visual data transmission through a high speed internet protocol is provided to transmit audio and video signals in a fast data transmission rate through the internet protocol. CONSTITUTION: Transmitters(201,221) transmit outbound radio frequency signals. Receivers(202,222) receive inbound RF signals. A processing module includes a processor and is connected to the transmitter and the receiver. The processing module is formatted to transmit data contents through a first frequency band by using a first communication protocol and to transmit the data contents through a second frequency band by using a second communication protocol. The processing module manages the transmission of the data contents through the second frequency band, and communicates with a target device by using a third communication protocol in order to construct transmission specifications to maintain the synchronization of a plurality of data chunks when the data contents are transmitted through the second frequency band.
