FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery and can be used for reconstruction of dentition. Implant for dentition reconstruction represents cylinder, which in the upper part has cylindrical site with threaded hole for rod screwing, from which through longitudinal saw cut, going to cylinder end, starts. On lateral surface of cylinder there are sharpened projections, whose end diameter corresponds to the diameter of removed tooth alveolar socket. Implant is made from titanium BT-05. Space between projections is filled with cellular structure of titanium of BT-05 type in form of Wigner-Seitz cells.EFFECT: reduction of prosthetics terms, prevention of implant rejection, reduction of surgery volume in case of perforations and increase of its efficiency.4 dwg |
