FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: implement comprises a frame, support and control wheels, tilling tools, installed in rows in staggered order, two disc batteries installed downstream in a frontal manner with overlapping, having different angles of attack each. The tilling tool in the fore part comprises a wedge knife installed vertically along the line of symmetry of the latter. The wedge knife is arranged in the form of a rectangular triangle, facing forward with a smaller angle, and with a frontal cutting edge along the hypotenuse line. The edge of the large cathetus and the frontal cutting edge of the wedge knife are arranged with the larger angle of inclination to the horizontal plane compared to adjacent lines of edges of the wedge profile of the fore part of the tilling tool. Flat triangular tillers with a frontal cutting edge along the hypotenuse line are fixed with small catheti to the stand of the tilling tool at two sides symmetrically at the angle of shattering and at the height equal to the half of the height of the wedge knife. Disc batteries are made of knife flat discs with straight flat knives with a cutting edge fixed peripherally via equal intervals. In the contact plane of flat knives movement at the sharp angle to the horizontal plane, there are symmetrically installed shear plates with equidistant ribs of rectangular profile arranged on circumferences that are congruent to circumferences of the trajectory of movement of flat knife points.EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase quality of soil treatment with development of a mulching upper layer.8 dwg |
