PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a BLDC(Brushless DC) fuel pump for a vehicle is provided to extend the life time of a motor by reducing the abrasion and to reduce costs for the replacement of the motor as a brush and a stator which are used to be installed in the existing DC fuel pump are not installed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a BLDC fuel pump for a vehicle comprises: a step(S100) of joining a connecter to the upper part of a stator module; a step(S200) of coiling a coil around a locking portion formed in the outer periphery of the stator module after joining the connector; a step(S300) of fixing a tip end portion of the coil coiled around the locking portion of the stator module to the connector; a step(S400) of pressing the core for making a magnetic field generated in the coil flow in the outer periphery of the stator module; a step(S500) of molding cover units in the upper and lower parts of the stator module for protecting the coil coiled around the locking portion from outside; and a step(S600) of pressing a bearing into the inside of the stator module through the lower part of the stator module.
