<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line current estimation device with which even when a switching pattern is maintained for a long period of time, it is possible to obtain a line current in the period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A line current acquisition part 32 estimates a direct current detected by a current detection part 4 before/after a first timing, at which a switching pattern of switching elements S1 to S6 changes, as first phase and second phase line currents determined by the switching pattern. A decomposition part 34 decomposes the first phase and second phase line currents into fundamental wave components and harmonic components. A fundamental wave component estimation part 35 estimates fundamental wave components of the first phase and second phase line currents at a second timing on the basis of the fundamental wave components. A harmonic component estimation part 36 estimates harmonic components of the first phase and second phase line currents at the second timing on the basis of the harmonic components. A combining part 37 estimates the first phase and second phase line currents at the second timing by adding the estimated fundamental wave component and the estimated harmonic component to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
