<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roasted coffee beans useful as a raw material for coffee beverages having body and suppressed miscellaneous tastes. <P>SOLUTION: The roasted coffee beans have an L value of >20 and <25, (A) a hydroquinone content per kilogram of roasted coffee beans of ≥10 mg, and (B) a hydroxyhydroquinone content of ≤50 mg per kilogram of roasted coffee beans. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
