<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell-sealing resin sheet which has additives, such as organic peroxide, a coagent, and a silane coupling agent, uniformly impregnated thereinto to achieve uniform crosslinking, has excellent blocking resistance, has excellent adhesion to glass, and further has no fish eyes. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell-sealing resin sheet includes the steps of: supplying an organic peroxide-containing liquid to a mixer selected from a ribbon blender, V-type blender, and Nauta mixer; stirring and mixing the liquid with an ethylene copolymer pellet in the mixer to produce pellets having the additives impregnated thereto; and then manufacturing the solar cell-sealing resin sheet using the pellets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
