<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference between an electrode body and a collector in an electricity storage element. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batty 1 includes: a battery container comprising a container body 10 and a lid 20; electrode terminals 23 provided in the battery container; collectors 12 each of which is connected to respective electrode terminal 23; and an electrode body 11 housed within the battery container and connected to the collectors 12.
