<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor for reducing off-set drift resulting from undesired torque caused by disturbance vibrations by suppressing the influence of the disturbance vibrations from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor has a package 10 for housing an angular velocity detection element 11, and lead terminals 17 connected to the package 10.
