摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize light emission of a light-emitting device with operation of an imaging apparatus corresponding to the light emission by considering delay times of a transmission system, a communication system, and a reception system even when performing wireless radio wave communication between the imaging apparatus and the light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A camera system in which an imaging apparatus and a light-emitting device performs radio wave communications via radio wave communication means comprising: light-emission starting instruction means which outputs to the radio wave communication means a light-emission starting instruction to the light-emitting device; acquisition means which acquires a first light-emission delay time required for the light-emitting device to start light emission after completely receiving data representing the light-emission starting instruction from the radio wave communication means; and control means which controls the timing to start operating the imaging apparatus corresponding to the light emission performed in accordance with the light-emission starting instruction on the basis of the first light-emission delay time acquired by the acquisition means and a second light-emission delay time required for the radio wave communication means to complete the transmission of data representing the light-emission starting instruction after the light-emission starting instruction means outputs the light-emission starting instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
