<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restart unit that reduces the time taken for restarting when power supply is on by reducing the quantity of data to be saved into a nonvolatile memory at prescribed timing. <P>SOLUTION: A restart unit 408 comprises: operating means 507 that, when prescribed timing is detected, maintains the execution of a program by control means 506 until the time having elapsed since the detection of the timing surpasses a preset prescribed monitoring period; detecting means 510 that detects, out of data stored in a volatile memory 505, data used for the program execution by the control means 506 as used data; saving means 512 that, when the time having elapsed surpasses the monitoring period, saves the detected used data into a non-volatile memory 504; and writing means 503 that, when the on-state of power supply is detected, writes the used data stored in the non-volatile memory 504 into the volatile memory 505. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
