摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system capable of coping with a case of including output channels of a multiplicity of routes on an uplink side, with efficient band use, optimized band control and power saving. <P>SOLUTION: An L2 switch 3, connected to one or more uplink channels, includes DBA 31, 32 for performing band allocation for each LLID on the basis of communication monitoring results between ONU 2-1-1 to 2-n-m respectively corresponding to the uplink channels and the uplink channels, and for notifying OLT 1-1 to 1-n of band allocation results.
