<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of display failure caused by parasitic capacitance due to a metal and at the same time to perform high moisture-proof sealing by using the metal as a joining member, in a display device using an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: In a display device, a gap is formed within a metal joining part 8 in a region where at least a periphery circuit and the metal joining part 8 are overlapped, thereby decreasing parasitic capacitance due to the metal joining part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
