<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall unit which has an intake system for making outside air flow in on a lower horizontal frame where an inner side window part and an outer side window part are installed, and is capable of fetching the outside air made to flow in from a bottom surface to the indoor. <P>SOLUTION: The curtain wall unit including horizontal frames constituted of at least an upper part and a lower part and vertical frames erected on both side ends of the horizontal frames is provided with: an inner side window part having an openable and closable casement window installed on an indoor side of the curtain wall unit; and an outer side window part constituted of glass installed on an outdoor side of the curtain wall unit and configured to form an air layer by providing a prescribed interval from the inner side window part. The horizontal frame at the lower part has an intake system including an intake hole for introducing outside air, an opening/closing door for opening and closing the intake hole, and an opening/closing part for guiding turning of the opening/closing door. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
