<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a door interferes causing an accident when there is projection and it is needed to provide a separate detector for elevation and lowering of a vehicle since surface detection is not completed unless the door is lowered from an upper part to a lower part, while a conventional detection device is a stopping position detection device of a mechanical parking facility including a door for opening and closing a vehicle gateway by vertical movement and has a rear end detector for detecting a rear end of a vehicle that has entered, and the rear end detector detects the rear end of a vehicle length by enabling the surface detection of an optical axis by vertical movement of the door by arranging phototubes on the left and right of the door. <P>SOLUTION: In a drive-in place S of a parking device 1 of the present invention, a surface detector K for detecting a projection surface of a vehicle C in the drive-in place S is arranged at a boundary of the inside of an area 10 where the vehicle can enter, and the surface detector K presents the display of the inside 10 of the area and the display of the outside 11 of the area when a vehicle approaches the drive-in place S, and also permits entrance when stopping in the inside 10 of the area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
