STATIC FLUID MIXING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static fluid mixing apparatus in which pressure drop in an assembly channel can be reduced, power consumption of a booster pump can be reduced and further which is made compact.

SOLUTION: A mixing unit 12 is concentrically disposed in a casing body 11 and a terminal part of a diffusing mixing channel 60 is communicated with a starting end part of the assembly channel along an inner peripheral surface of the casing body 11 to form the static fluid mixing apparatus. A disc-like second diffusion element 40 is arranged to face a disc-like first diffusion element 30 at a central part of which a fluid entrance is formed. Thus the diffusing mixing channel 60 is formed between both diffusion elements and further a disc-like assembly element 50 at a central part of which a fluid exit is formed is arranged to face a rear surface side of the second diffusion element 40 and thus the assembly channel 70 is formed at the assembly element 50 to constitute the mixing unit 12. The assembly channel 70 is formed in a straight shape with the same width from a peripheral edge part toward the fluid exit of the central part.
