<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for determining whether or not a measurement region is at a hemostasis state. <P>SOLUTION: A device for determination of hemostasis state includes: a vein detection part detecting the diameter of a vein positioned in the measurement region wherein a pulse wave is measured; a storage part storing information indicating the diameter of the vein detected by the vein detection part under a predetermined condition; and a decision part comparing the diameter of the vein detected by the vein detection part and the information stored in the storage part in predetermined timing, and deciding whether or not the measurement region is in the hemostasis state according to a change amount of the diameter of the vein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
