<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome defects of a natural energy power generation system influenced by a geographic location, weather and time, and supply safe and stable electric power. <P>SOLUTION: A natural law of volume and buoyancy of an object in water is utilized. By a top-bottom relation in a device in which a weight and a container are integrated, a difference is generated in the obtained buoyancy. By transmitting this difference in buoyancy to both sides of a rotor, the balance collapses and the rotor is rotated. By the rotor being rotated, a state that the top-bottom relation becomes different on both sides of the rotor is generated again, and the difference in buoyancy continues to be generated. The rotor continues to rotate by the difference in buoyancy, and a kinetic energy continues to be generated. By converting this kinetic energy to electric power, the present defect of the natural energy power generation system is overcome, and the safe and low-cost electric power can continue to be supplied always. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
