FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit bearing structure includes a trunnion, on which a rolling cutter is fixed by means of bearings, and a sealing element arranged in the rolling cutter groove and provided with metal ring on its inner surface. The bearing structure is equipped with a hollow elastic ring with a liquid filling and drain valve; at that, the hollow ring is arranged between the sealing element and the metal ring. The metal ring is made from material with linear expansion and heat conductivity coefficients, which are higher than those of material of the trunnion and the rolling cuter. The valve of the elastic ring can be located on the side of the rolling cutter end. The sealing element can be equipped with a protective ring rigidly attached to it and located between the rolling cutter end and mounting face of the trunnion.EFFECT: increasing service life of the bearing structure, improving its sealing reliability, especially at drilling in forced modes.3 cl, 2 dwg |
