PURPOSE: A touch panel, a touch detection device, and a touch detection method are provided to detect a two dimensional coordinated location while removing wiring formed in an essential side in an existing panel structure. CONSTITUTION: A first detection layer(210) forms a flexure form based on a diagonal line to arrange a first electrode pattern in a vertical direction in a second region. A second detection layer(220) forms a flexure form based on the diagonal line to arrange a second electrode pattern in a horizontal direction in a fourth region. Width in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the first and second electrode patterns are respectively different. A data processing unit receives a first and second signals showing variation of capacity detected in the first and second detection layers and calculates a touched location by the first and second signal processing.
