PURPOSE: An image forming device and an automatic image correction method of the image forming device are provided to feed output data back through an image sensor installed at an end of the image forming device, thereby preventing the waste of availability resources. CONSTITUTION: When a difference between read data and stored data does not exceed a predetermined range, a control unit requests correction of an image to a correction unit(S330,S335). When the difference exceeds the predetermined range, the control unit inquires an availability resource state of a current device(S340). When availability resources are sufficient, the control unit informs abnormality of the device through a communication unit and stores the data in a storage unit(S350,S360). When the availability resources are not sufficient, the control unit stores the data in the storage unit and informs a supplement of the availability resources through the communication unit(S355).
