METHOD FOR INSTALLING ALC PANEL TO CONCRETE SLAB

PURPOSE: An ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel installation method by a vertical wall locking construction method is provided to safely and surely transmit an external wind force applied to an ALC panel. CONSTITUTION: An embedded channel(50) is installed on the upper surface of a slab(S) while a reinforcing bar of the slab is assembled in placement of the slab, and a T-shaped bolt(55) is connected. A main angle(40) is fixed to the upper surface of the slab using the T-bolt connected to a main channel. The lower part of an ALC panel(10) is mounted on a support bracket(30) connected to the main angle. An insert plate(120) of the upper part of the ALC panel is connected to the outside of the main angle with a bolt(124). An L-type clip angle(20) of the lower part of the ALC panel is connected to the main angle with the T-shaped bolt.
