<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor and a touch sensor system which are capable of improving the detection resolution of a touch position. <P>SOLUTION: The touch sensor includes 8 electrodes 41 to 48 of the same shape which are arranged on a circle at equal intervals, a C/V converter which generates a voltage corresponding to a variation of capacitance with respect to each of the electrodes 41 to 48, and an arithmetic circuit 70 which calculates a touch position on the basis of voltages generated by the C/V converter. The arithmetic circuit 70 calculates a center angle being an angle formed between a reference segment passing the center of the circle and extending in a radial direction and a segment connecting the center of the circle and the touch position on the basis of the voltages generated by the C/V converter and calculates the touch position in a circumferential direction from the calculated center angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
