<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber hardened material having favorable workability, and favorable adhesiveness, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: A room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition includes (A) a specific organopolysiloxane, (B) a silane compound and/or a partial hydrolysate thereof, (C) a thermally conductive filler, (C-1) alumina powder, (C-2) magnesium oxide powder, (D) a flame-retardant filler, and (E) a compound expressed by formula (4). (In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, wherein c represents 0 or 1; R<SP POS="POST">7</SP>represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, alkenyl group, aryl group, or a hydrolysable silyl group-containing organic group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; m is an integer of 1 to 6.
