A method for control of assemblage of ball bearings is in fixation of one of the rings of the bearing, loading it with main operational load through the second ring. At that rotation of one of the rings is performed, with measurement of maximal resistance of its rotation and with following rotation of that very ring in reverse direction with measurement at initial step of minimal resistance to rotation, and at that difference of resistances of the ring to rotation in direct and reverse directions corresponds to kinematical mismatch of the solid of revolution by diameter difference of working surfaces. |
