FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: cell lines of human melanoma, such as Mel-XYl, deposited in DSMZ under No. DSM ACC2830, Mel-XY2, deposited in DSMZ under No. DSM ACC2831, Mel-XY3, deposited in DSMZ under No. DSM ACC2832, and Mel-XX4, deposited in DSMZ under No. DSM ACC2829, are radiated to produce populations with apoptotic and necrotic phenotype. The produced cell lines are used in various combinations for treatment of malignant diseases, namely, for treatment of human melanoma.
