<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress time and labor when imparting an access right to users of a plurality of companies having different duty position systems. <P>SOLUTION: User information indicating correspondence of a user, an organization to which the user belongs and a duty position of the user in the organization is stored, duty position information indicating correspondence of levels of duty positions between organizations is stored, and access right information indicating that the user of at least one duty position in at least one organization has an access right to information is stored. In response to an access request to the information from a user, the user information indicating the organization to which the user belongs and the duty position of the user in the organization is acquired, and on the basis of the acquired user information, the duty position information and the access right information of the information which is the object of the access request, propriety of access to the information for the user requesting the access is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
