摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microneedle device, configured to properly transfer or mold a uniform, thin and sharp-pointed microprojection of a microneedle, and to release the microprojection from a mold without breaking or chipping the tip of the microprojection. <P>SOLUTION: The microneedle device is manufactured by using cycloolefin polymer, or a cyclic olefin-based resin, as a molding material, heating it at a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cyclic olefin-based resin, and heating a mold member having a recess conforming to the shape of the microprojection of the microneedle device at a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cycloolefin polymer, to press-mold the cycloolefin polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
