<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data compression device and a data compression method capable of compressing large-scale data at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: An information collection server 1 to which the data compression device is applied includes: a compression object data generation part 22 for generating individual data by making one, two or more content identifiers correspond to each user identifier, and generating compression object data by making the two or more pieces of generated individual data correspond to each other; a grouping part 23 for grouping the individual data included in the compression object data according to presence/absence of the prescribed content identifier; an individual data extraction part 24 for extracting the individual data according to a prescribed extraction condition from a group of the individual data after being grouped; and a data compression part 25 for compressing the data amount of the compression object data by excluding the individual data other than the extracted individual data from the compression object data in the group of the individual data turned to an extraction object of the individual data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
