<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight carpet tile that improves workability and suppresses diffusion of 2-ethyl hexanol while attaining weight saving of the carpet tile. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the lightweight carpet tile formed by stacking a tufted carpet (1), a backing layer (2) made of non-foamed vinyl chloride paste, glass fiber non-woven fabric (3), and a backing layer (4) made of foamed vinyl chloride in order, the bottom backing layer (4) is foamed with thermally expanding microcapsules at an expansion rate of 1.3-2.0, and a plasticizer [bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate] being added to the foamed vinyl chloride paste is in the range of 180-350 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
