A method for producing fodder protein hydrolysate includes chopping fish raw material, mixing with conserving agent, heating, introducing microorganisms or enzyme agents and fermentation. Additionally prebiotic hydrocarbonic substrates (1 % of raw material weight), pure cultures of lactic bacteria (0.01-0.02 mln. CFU/g). The mass is heated to 40- and fermented during 10-14 h. |
