CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer is formed on a metal plate. A plurality of conductive patterns is formed on the insulation layer. The metal plate functions as a plurality of contacts. An expansion unit(24) is formed on a side of the metal plate which is faced with a substrate and is expanded to the substrate.
