PURPOSE: An arm band is provided to prevent accidents by installing a phase indication tag on a wire by being operated on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped band(110) is installed on an outer surface of an electric pole. One side of the U-shaped band is bent. A first adaptor(120) adheres closely to the outer surface of the electric pole. A second adaptor(130) adheres closely to the curved portion of a curvature. First and second assembling change holders attach the second adaptor to the U-shaped band. |
