PURPOSE: A data service method through the application of LED subscriber multiple PDN-based ODB is provided to use a data call for a specific data service divided into categories according to the request of the service by performing call barring by service category. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber attempts the call transmission of a data service through a UE(User Equipment)(S20). An inquiring unit of an MME(Mobility Management Entity) refers to an ODB(Operator Determined Barring) flag for the subscriber to determine the permission of the data service of an APN(Access Point Name)(S30).
