PURPOSE: A surgery navigation apparatus and a method for total knee arthoplasty are provided to easily figure out whether the surgery will succeed or not by displaying a predicted joint angle after the arthoplasty. CONSTITUTION: Multiple cameras(10) take pictures of markers attached on a femur and a cnemis of a patient. A marker location information acquisition part(20) produces a 3D location coordinate value of each of the markers. An axis completion part(30) completes a virtual anatomical axis generated based on anatomical characters of the femur and the cnemis of the patient. A cross section prediction part(50) predicts a cross section of a knee joint of the patient. A cut auxiliary equipment location calculation part(60) calculates a location of the cross section that is controlled according to movement of a cut auxiliary equipment.
