PURPOSE: A vessel design system and a method thereof are provided to supply data integrity by copying a specification between a diagram and a model partially selected from a plurality of projects. CONSTITUTION: A copying unit(210) copies a design drawing selected from the projects related to the vessels. A database(240) stores the copied design drawing. An adjusting unit(220) adjusts the data related to the design drawing. A designing unit(230) applies the adjusted data to the design drawing to generate a final design drawing.
